Hi Sandy, the infertility and gyn problems are autoimmune thyroiditis. that is hypothyroidism to you and me. when you are well taking the right hormones and get better the infertility and gyn problems will get better for you , and the need for ivf will no longer be needed . get the money you have saved and use it to get to the truth and get treatment for the hypothyroidism. the best advice I can give you is read all you can as knowledge in power, power to get better. Angel.
