Guest guest Posted September 22, 2010 Report Share Posted September 22, 2010 In a similar vein I have a 2 pm appt with endo and should I take m y last T3 dose the morning before because it will be a half hour with the endo and then she will send me to give the bloods so probably will end up being about 3.15-3.30 before I get the blood drawn. Especially when you have to wait for at least 3 hours after about 10 am. And do the endos actually ask when we took our last dose? What confuses me is that T3 has a sho9rt half-life so would we not actually be getting a more accurate reading if taken several hours after ingestion? Like when I get my hypoT tested they always test when the T4 is peaking.
