I am Hans Matheis, dx July 07, 2004 , luckily remained in chronic phase

for a long time - on gleevac since October 2005 and cytogenic remission

with PCR on 12/20 2005. I have been able to carry out my job and my life

with a few draw backs (i have to use a cart now for 18 holes of golf

where i used to be able to easily walk it) Yet thats a lot better then

the alternative. I am also seeing signs now that I am growing forhead

but who cares.

I am teaching Chuck Norris, Sylvester Stallone and Seagull what a

real fight is and they are taking the lessons in stride.
