Guest guest
Hi there, I have never participated in a teleconference before. How does it work? Do you travel to a conference site? Guest guest
Hi K. I want to join the teleconference you mentioned for the first time. I tried the e-mail that you sent and my computer says that it is too long (only 16 letters) So, I tried the phone number and they gave me a new number. They new number leads you to the LLSociety 800 955-4572 and asks you for the state/time and place for the information. Do you know the time and date and where it is going to originate..or an easier email. Have you tried it lately. Thank you for your help. I definitely want to hear Drucker Jan whitlach
Guest guest
Hi Cam, Just go to the Leukemia Education website through the LLS. There, you will find a link to the teleconference of your choice. You can call to register or apply online. The LLS will supply you with all of the program materials or packet that they will be discussing. Also, they will send you information and a telephone number to dial in. Then, you just listen on your telephone, while the broadcast is being done. If you live in the city where the conference is being held, many times, you can attend in person. At the end of the conference, they invite any/all people to ask questions. Just remember, people from all over the United States, Canada and beyond are listening in, so you will be very lucky if you get selected regarding your question, as there are a great many people wanting questions answered. Many times, we have been lucky enough to have our fellow members from our site have their questions answered live... so that's always fun! Like Zavie ! ;-) Good luck. The conferences can be very informative..
