Heart murmur and sub-dural bleed

Hi all,

I just spent some time at the University of Washington Medical center

because of a sub-dural bleed. Now after surgery to release the pressure from

blood on my brain, I'm finally back home in Alaska getting stronger again.

Although I know exactly when the head pain started, I don't remember hitting

my head but the doctors think I must have at sometime to start the bleed.

Before the surgery the anesthesiologist mentioned (assuming I knew)'your

heart murmur'. I just saw a post from on the other cml group

about also developing a heart murmur. Any other experience with that? Also

any experience with bleeds related to Gleevec or CML? Before the bleed, I

had just gone through 2 months of a 600mg dose of Gleevec when my BCR ABL

counts increased slightly in Feb.
