Guest guest Posted April 9, 2006 Report Share Posted April 9, 2006 Hi Amy gave me this link. I was diagnosed last July 7 that I have CML. I am on Gleevec and my white cells are in normal range. I recently (3 months ago today) had gastric bypass. I now have an ulcer in my new pouch, having to be given 2 pints of blood last week, potassium keeps botttoming out. According to my Oncologist, the Gleevec doesn't cause these problems. I never had them until I went on Gleevec. Any information would be appreciated.
