I figure people gain weight drinking diet sodas because they think if

they " save " the calories by drinking the diet, they can eat more of the

cake or pizza. There isn't any other way a zero calorie food can make

you gain weight, lol. So don't anyone think you won't lose weight if

you eat clean and indulge in a daily diet Mountain Dew(my personal

favorite). It all comes down to the calorie deficit in the end.
