He covered the basics of CML up to what is the current state-of the art. Novartis also allowed him to announce the new brand name of Nilotinib - Tasigna. We will cover the more salient points of the talk in another e-mail. It was nice to get together again with fellow CMLers and know that everyone is doing well. Hi Cheryl-Anne, Now we have a musical little trio.....Gleevec, Sprycel and Tasigna! tra-la-la-la-la But of course, we are really fortunate to have all this research going on and new drugs being developed.
