Guest guest
Hi Kristy, I hope you are feeling better. You are still in my prayers daily. Let me know if I can help in any way. I know you are still working through some of the emotional stuff, but I am here for you. Take care, Rashelle Re: Lurking From: "K. Hammack" <khammack@...> : Hi, I have posted one other time and got no response. I am using both: body flex and Oxycise and want to know if any one has used these and: what kind of results did they have? I noticed a few who have: switched. How long did you try the others and what made you switch?I started w/Body Flex and noticed some results, but not enough to keep mededicated. A friend of mine, who turned me on to Body Flex, was slimmingdown like mad, though. I kept at it until one day I stumbled across theLife Lift website. It took me awhile to make the switch to LL, though, because when I asked the list about it the response I got back was thatthey were almost identical. But I got so frustrated not seeing results, Idecided to just give it a try. The first time I did LL I lost severalinches, and was thrilled. But when I got pregnant, I decided to give O! atry, too. Not only did I not lose, but my diaphragm got so sore I couldn'tdo any deep breathing. I've often wondered why some programs workspectacularly for some, but not for others. Now I'm back to LL, but notfully. It sounds like you're doing great w/O! Not sure what you mean by convinceyou to switch, though... Switch to watch?Kristy 3x + / wk 1-2x / wk 0-1x / wk !!!!!!!Just Keep Breathing!!!!!!!

I used to live in California and then moved for a couple of months to Dallas and have been in India now for the past two months. This is where I will be staying for the next four months, my five year old daughter and my friend who is also her teacher are with me. We are staying in my parents's place here and it is great because they take care of pretty much everything. So, I get to focus on my daughter and my health. I am eating fabulously healthy food and have also enrolled in a yoga class. I haven't been doing any taebo the last few months though because of the various moves. But my husband is going to be visiting me here in two weeks and will bring my taebo dvd, so I am really excited. The last week though I have been reading this list again, got really motivated and have been doing my basic workout from memory sans music! I guess it sounds crazy and I am positive it looks crazy but I am having a blast and fee Of course, I remember you Radhe! It's good to hear from you. You sure have had an interesting year. My favorite yoga teacher was Indian. Enjoy the time with your family. Elena

Guest guest
Hi Radhe! I remember you. It is good hearing from you! Good job doing tae-bo from memory. I don't think I could do that, especially without any music. Keep us posted on your experience in India. Guest guest
Hi All - As a mom of younger children I am so happy to see parents of young adults uniting and blazing the trail for those of us to come. My family has benefited greatly from what you have all done already - a sincere thank you to each of you. I am here partly because I have become a Laurie Jerue groupie and partly because I know the years between childhood and young adulthood will pass in the blink of an eye. This is probably the last post you will see from me for a while, but know that I am here lurking, learning and cheering you on. (And writing letters, making phone calls, whatever political " actions " you call for.)
Guest guest
Welcome, . I've read your posts on AutismNews, so if you want to " chime in " , please do so. We hope to learn from everyone--isn't Laurie great for getting us together?
