Thank you for your excellent outline and

history of Jay Nolan Community Services.

I appreciated your clarification regarding

this being a " non-model " .

I was aware that Jay Nolan was a Community Service Agency in California

and my hope was to create a model of their services here in Illinois.

I am sorry for using the word " model " incorrectly however my mistake

created your post. I thank you for providing the historical

information about Jay Nolan and his agency and your involvment with it.

It gives me hope to know that there is an agency in Illinois working

with families to provide individualized, community based, programs that

are not segregated and institutional.

Thank you for the clarification and your efforts are applauded.
