That's all I was able to catch from the show. But does anyone know more about this, and has anyone from our side approached the Governor about this? If not, we should discuss how to go about it. He has a large following nationwide. Ventura is the MINNESOTA governor. And, yes, quite a number of people have bugged his wife already (who did quite a detailed interview about 6 months ago about it) about going anti-vaccine. They are PRO-vaccine. End of conversation. They feel (as printed) that their daughter's problems were a fluke. That's the official line. Carol

I'm not sure what this means... but, his wife Terry has already had to cut back on her "official" duties, for medical reasons, largely brought on by stress. Her time is taken up by caring for their daughter & son, managing the horses (they have a ranch outside Mpls), and special education (education is the Ventura's big interest). She rarely gives interviews, and stays in the background when accompanying her husband. They have chosen their causes, and they work tirelessly, and almost full time on them. They are very well respected here for the work they do as a family, and if they have decided that this is one cause they will not openly support, that is their choice. Perhaps when he's out of office (he's made it clear he will not run again). Or perhaps not. In any case, it is their lives, and their option to choose what they will go out on a limb for. They are NOT liars. ! nbsp; They are very respectable people, and good-hearted. They are choosing to work the end of trail, by making sure programs are in place to handle children with special needs. This is a monumental task. Our education system here isn't near as good as everyone seems to think. Barely 50% of our 8th graders can read... you can imagine how the special ed is doing. They can't be everything to everyone, and right now, their obligation is TO OUR STATE, not the nation, not the world, but the state of MINNESOTA. And they are fulfilling that promise very well.
