Guest guest Posted June 19, 2007 Report Share Posted June 19, 2007 Hi all! We could not sign up with Acess last week because of questions that we had and Acess didn't have the answers. I am now having trouble getting in touch with anyone from Acess via phone (mail box is full) and from a main contact ( ) with Acess (his message says he's not available until after July 1. We are suppose to have a meeting set up with him on Friday and I wanted to verify it. I also sent him an e-mail. I know that there are training sessions going on probably up in Chicago and hopefully I will hear something from him by tomorrow. If not, I am going to be pretty upset. I am taking off work early on Friday to meet with him. This is a frustrating mess to say the least. I know that change is hard, but this is crazy to try and ram this all through in such a small amount of time. Plus with no one knowing what is going on...it is really a mess. Any suggestions anyone??
