Children's Waiver and Home Based Support Services-Acess

Hi all!

We could not sign up with Acess last week because of questions that we had and Acess didn't have the answers. I am now having trouble getting in touch with anyone from Acess via phone (mail box is full) and from a main contact ( ) with Acess (his message says he's not available until after July 1. We are suppose to have a meeting set up with him on Friday and I wanted to verify it. I also sent him an e-mail. I know that there are training sessions going on probably up in Chicago and hopefully I will hear something from him by tomorrow. If not, I am going to be pretty upset. I am taking off work early on Friday to meet with him.

This is a frustrating mess to say the least. I know that change is hard, but this is crazy to try and ram this all through in such a small amount of time. Plus with no one knowing what is going on...it is really a mess.

Any suggestions anyone??
