Vicki, I for one would love to hear more details about how your

daughter has made this progression from sitting at home...to a

sheltered workshop...and especially how she got from there to this

promising new part-time job! That sounds wonderful! Would you mind

sharing more particulars about her workshop-to-baker's

assistant 'transition' with the group? Who initiated it - your

daughter, you, someone within the sheltered workshop or agency? How

did she find this particular job? And how does your daughter feel

about the 'transition' to community employment?
