- 11.1 is nothing to rave about but it is generally not considered anemic. Generally, insurance companies will not allow transfusions above 10. You might try epo or aranesp, see if that raises the levels a bit.

As for the aches and pains, I can see no relationship with your 11.1 HGB. Perhaps something else is going on.
