Very sorry to hear you're having such a tough time - lengthening the period between TXs is OK, I think. Actually, 3 weeks seems pretty short. We have another friend on the list who was recently transformed with large diffuse B-cell. She's getting CVP, and they're holding back the R for the moment. (I think to decrease her tumor load.) - Perhaps Dr. Furman could comment on the merits of CVP, perhaps a little less aggressive than CHOP.
