Guest guest
Thanks Tracey, I'll keep that in mind. Like I said I used to get migranes so I wouldn't be surprised. :} View our family's photos at webshots Our pet's pages: www.catster.com/?219163 www.dogster.com/?215653 www.dogster.com/?225974 [ ] Re: sensativity to light/headaches with gleevec Hi , It sounds like you might be having ocular migraines. I had a simillar experience a few months ago where I actually went completely blind in a part of my field of vision in one eye but it cleared up after 30 mins. How long do your episodes last? I personally don't think it has anything to do with Gleevec or CML since many people in the general population have these problems but it's always good to mention it to your doctor. When I had my episode, my doctor sent me for a carotid doplar (ultrasound of the carotid arteries) to make sure the artery wasn't narrowing or blocked. Everything was fine so they assume it was just an unusual ocular migraine (which I never had in my life but there's a first time for everything right?) Take care, Tracey
