My guess is he will not suggest spleen removal. Your prognostics are terrific, I wish mine were half as good. Except for a lowish PLT, you're a healthy guy.

I keep telling myself that I am lucky to

have this form of Leukemia and the stats that I do. In principle the approach

works. There are a lot of people in worse situations than me!
