Guest guest
Well, my wife does have an interesting past. She was a military wife and after her fourth child, an oriental doctor on base (she said they always seemed to get doctors that couldn't speak much english) wrapped her breasts like they do in China to discourage milk. She ended up with two poached eggs, so to speak. In other words, she didn't have much left. When I met her later, she was a small A cup and weighed 130. Now, she is a C cup and weighs 126. She looks real cute in 12 petite outfits. I bought her four of them at Goody's today (on sale). I chalk it up to the EPO and a lot of other good nutrition. She is a chiropractic wife and goes to all the seminars with me, and takes her supplements. I personally do not think the EPO ALONE would have worked as well. Even the book mentions other factors to take with EPO. I do not remember what they are. If I can find the book Monday, I'll tell everybody. Donna said this was common knowledge. Maybe she has the book and can list them. jp Did your wife had a few kids, and breastfeed? I've friends that, when in University, were pretty flatchested, but that changed when they had their first kid and breastfed it. > Read the book. I wish I had it right here to > quote it. Hm-m-m, checking it now. Nothing in the index, or chapters, leads to a section devoted to that. She mentions one side effect---headaches, but only in some people, particulary those who tend to get headaches from alcohol. She says to take with food and not late at night in that case. OTOH, she also says that it relieves headaches in PMS and migraines. She suggests using Vit E with it always. She does list the ingredients of a companion product made by Efamol (her recommended brand), and I have a feeling this is no longer marketed. Called " Naudicelle Plus " and it contains a combo of pure oil of evening primrose and 'marine oil'. Just found a brief paragraph called co-factors: B-6 C B-3 biotin zinc magnesium Looks like that should do it. Sharon

Guest guest
Thank you for this Sharon...I went out and bought some EPO and started taking it and wouldn't you know right away my head got screwy on me...I was bumming. I guess I will take it with food and all the other stuff you listed here and see if that helps. Guest guest
Patty, The only thing that comes to mind on seeing this is that you might either be a " slow osidizer " , in wich case fats in general will slow your metabolism even further, or your liver/gall bladder is having bile problems and you can't digest fats. When I slip into that slow oxidation state, one of the symptoms is brain fog. You might try extra high doses of vegetable enzymes, such as the ones R-Garden makes, along with extra lipase, also available from them. If you're not familiar with this co., pem me and I'll supply further info. They've been discussed here often enough, and several of us are distributors, so I'm guessing you already are familiar though Sharon Patty wrote: > > Thank you for this Sharon...I went out and bought some EPO and started > taking it and wouldn't you know right away my head got screwy on me...I was > bumming. Guest guest
I use NOW Foods. It is processed in dark and no oxygen and always seems fresh. I chew them up to make sure because I don't want rancid oils in my body. You can pay more with other brands and not be getting anything better. Guest guest
, This is a sign of adrenal exhaustion. One of the hormones produced by adrenals contract the blood vessels at top part of the body upon standing,so that blood pressure would not drop.(Don't remember which one now). You need to eliminate your adrenal exhaustion.Take care..Nil EPO | As I have been experiencing symptoms of feeling faint when I stand, also when I tilt my head upwards, and have symptoms suggestive of anaemia, I had a number of blood tests performed to eliminate this as being the reason for my M.E./CFS. Whilst these tests were negative, that is I have no signs of being deficient of Iron, B12 or Folic Acid, I now understand that a common problem being seen in those with M.E./CFS with these symptoms is that of having low levels of red blood cells, and or low blood volume. | The treatment for this condition is to use Erythropoietin/Epoetin (EPO), this being recombinant human erythropoietin, that acts by increasing the production of red blood cells. | Whilst this therapy requires both a formal diagnosis and a Doctor's prescription, does anybody have any suggestions as to natural therapies, or products that can be purchased without the need for a prescription that may help? | | Thanks, | | Andy | | PS. I have the symptom of low blood pressure, and a dramatic fall when I stand with an abnormally long time to recover. | | |
Guest guest
You also might find blood thinners helpful - if your blood is too thick, the brain perfusion is poor and may result in fainting. I used to have this problem before I started Piracetam and bromelain. Guest guest
Thanks for the information and suggestions as to the use of Bromelain and Piracetam. Whilst I am based in the UK, I can obtain Bromelain without any problems, but I do not know where I can find a source of Piracetam. As a result, I should appreciate receiving any recommendations as to where I can find a supply of Piracetam.
