Anyone have similar experiences:

I have had a persistent rash on my back which has been bugging me since late

June/early July - around the time my last (5th) treatment with

Rituxan/Bendamustine. The MSK dermatologist said it's related to a neurologic

problem related to my upper spine - which has actually for years been slightly

annoying problem (I have scoliosis). The onconeurologist said it's a low-grade

shingles.

They never really break out like shingles do - feel more like bug bites. And I

don't really have the kind of pain I had when I had shingles before dx about 8

years ago. Also, I've been on acyclovir since beginning treatment March.

The derm is recommending that I see a spine specialist - but I REALLY don't want

to get all involved with spine analysis if this is just a passing persistent

rash.

If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Thanks,

Marietta
