A pretty good educational video on how HDAC inhibitors are

thought to modify gene expression of tumor cells.

There are many such agents under investigation, and I think

two that have won recent approval for t-cell lymphomas.

As expected, the video has a promotional feel –

featuring the company’s candidate drug. As always, results

from clinical testing is what counts. Even so-called targeted drugs

will have affects on normal cells, leading to side effects.
