hmm... sounds like the wrong choice on an oncology board exam

or a very search weary onco who didn't notice the " did you mean? " phrase that

popped up on google..

OR maybe it IS something he saw under the electron microscope after an 18 hour

shift... who knows.

BUT it probably is a typo, not everyone who transcribes has an MD.

I heard "monoclonal;" but I knew what to expect.

The transcriber must have heard "monochrome."
