I was tested for Zap 70 at a major Center and found to be neg but positive for CD38 in 36% (actually CD19/CD38, meaning the cells were co-expressing). This is at the beginning of my dx. back in 11/05. I remain at stage 0 with no symptoms at this time, which I am very grateful for. My docs said this is a discordent result, which I translate to mean it is hard to interpret. I think there are some cases like mine that are difficult to figure out. I am trisomy 12 and 13q del.
