Very good point. We should all remember that tobacco is "natural" but not on the recommended list!

Whether a product is "natural" or synthesized why choose a treatment that has not been clinically investigated for dosage, safety, and efficacy which is the point of clinical trails? If the substance has not been tested in such a controlled environment the results are highly unpredictable. Why would a patient, other than one in a desperate situation with no alternatives, choose to be a one person experiment?
