Guest guest
No, not silica. You have to individualize. Must be something with email - both you and varian have email Naturopaths think they know homeopathy but unless they've studied 4+ years and had mentorship, they really don't know. Guest guest
Rhonda, When I was a child, people talked about drinking cherry juice for gout. If I remember correctly, it contains something that is effective with the uric acid (?) implicated in gout. You may want to google it to learn more. It would be a simple and inexpensive approach that you could implement right away. Guest guest
Rhonda, Keep calling the onc. nurse until you get through. Leave messages ad nauseum. It's vital to establish a relationship with that person as many things can arise during treatment that you will have questions about and that's what they're there for. Your husband's in pain -- that's not acceptable. -Ellen D.

Looks like it is now starting on his right big toe. His xray on Wednesday showed arthritis in the knee (which he has never had any problem like this before) but when it moved to his toe, I read enough to feel certain it is gout. His prescription for allopurinol ran out last Thursday and he can't take too many Advil becuase of his platelet level. Thanks Rhonda for being such a good caregiver. Our caregivers don't get enough credit! I'm praying for you both!
