Guest guest
Ellen - Dr. Furman has several trials going on, CAL-101 is only one of them. I cannot speak for him, but his focus appears to be to stay clear of chemos unless necessary, and focus on these other processes that have few side effects and accomplish their goals without cell killing. There are so many different ways to try to catch this tiger by the tail! RCD is an interesting combo. Who turned you onto it? In a message dated 8/19/2010 6:43:14 P.M. It not only got my HGB up from 7.2 to 10.9, but also reduced my WBC from 380,000 to 17,000. Regarding the lymph nodes, I had two large nodes on the sides of my neck and they have almost completely disappeared. I received two treatments so far. The second one was infused almost two weeks ago but my CBC continues to improve. I don't know whether the PR will continue and lead to a CR or whether the improvements will last for a while, but so far I'm I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm 80-year old and unmutated. I was dxd in 12/2005 and asymptomatic until 2 month ago when my AIHA started. Andy Gach I'm wondering if there has ever been any experimentation of using pheresis for the lymph sytem. I know some patients have used

Guest guest
Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict the FDA. These agents are all available at centers doing clinical trials, but beyond that, it is hard to know.
