Guest guest Posted July 22, 2010 Report Share Posted July 22, 2010 No kidding! It's 5:30 am our time and I've been up since 3:30. It's a rarity if I can sleep more than 5 hours a night. Probably, it's the stereoids like you say. Tylenol doesn't do much for me. 1 mg. of lorezepam (attivan) helps to sleep a few hours, but than I wake up and cant get back to sleep.
