With very few exceptions, I wholly endorse Chris's comment. Keep healthy, eat well, exercise, try not to obsess, etc. Even the great Rituxan does not come without a downside.

Yes W & W can be very stressful at times, both on the patient and their family,

but it is a whole lot better than the alternatives.

As patients, we need to consider the Quality of Life a bit more ...

I started calling it m & ll, meaning Monitor and Live a Life. I appreciate the

regular monitoring but most if not all of us have way too much to do to sit

around worrying about whether the sword might fall. All the W terms are too

anxiety-provoking and gloomy, so why use them?
