? for Dr. Furman re anemia and CLL treatments

Dr. Furman,

If you were considering treatment of either Rituxan, Arzerra or Revlimid and had

anemia, which might be the better course of action?

I have looked at PubMed 19468203 titled " Disease-Related Anemia in CLL is Not

Due to Intrinsic Defects of Erythroid Precursors: A Possible Role for Tumor

Necrosis Factor-Alpha. "

Since you recently mentioned Revlimid goes after VEGF, I'm wondering also about

Revlimid and TNF-A? Would it be the better course, or do all of them address

TNF-A in relatively equal ways?
