Guest guest
Hi Tracey! I just wanted to say that you have done a phenomenal job at getting your weight off. 40 lbs is alot and you have managed to do it and you look great! You have been a great inspiration to me and I thank you for sharing your weight loss adventure with me. I know that if my buddy,Tracey can do it, I can too! ;-) So far, I've lost 13 lbs since Christmas. (I put on 40 post Gleevec pounds and 20 left over from my last baby)(The baby is now 6! eek).. so I need to lose 60 total. I've been using the treadmill and breaking up my workout twice a day. Long stamina is still an issue but it's getting better. I average 3-4 miles a day-- and good healthy eating. This method is working and I'm happy that the weight is finally coming off! The pants are already getting loose, and that is such a great feeling for once!
