CLL in patients under age 50

I am 45 and have been diagnosed recently with CLL from an enlarged lymph node in

my neck. I cannot seem to find information relating to anyone my age having this

disease. My Oncologist says that my counts are normal and I have no symptoms

except continued bouts with URI's. I am on the " watch and wait " protocol at this

point. I am an otherwise very healthy female. These URI infections have been

common for me since I was in my teens. If anyone in my family gets a cold, I get

bronchitis. I have a 5 year old so staying away from germs is impossible, is

anyone in the group near my age and experiencing similar infections?
