You should post the address of your blog once you get it going. I've become

hopelessly addicted to those things. Writing in them is therapeutic, and reading

them is a great way to stay in touch with all your online buddies. I have a

whole round of other people's blogs that I feel compelled to check out every

day. :-)

If there are any other fitness bloggers out there, feel free to post your links.

If you're thinking about starting one, http://www.blogspot.com is a popular

host. Blogging is a great way to document your BFL journey.

Re: deficit tracking experiement

I decided I'm going to start a blog to track food and exercise. One of my

problems is boredom. I get easily bored by the food available to me, and also

with the same exercise routine. So I'm going to imitate and start taking

pictures of my " perfect BFL " meals! Then I'll put them in my blog and when I

can't think of anything to eat, I'll go look through them for inspiration.

I have been trying to figure out how to use a blog all week. I never

figured it out so I decided to just use one of the free online diary

forums. :)
