Guest guest Report post Posted July 27, 2003 You should post the address of your blog once you get it going. I've become hopelessly addicted to those things. Writing in them is therapeutic, and reading them is a great way to stay in touch with all your online buddies. I have a whole round of other people's blogs that I feel compelled to check out every day. :-) If there are any other fitness bloggers out there, feel free to post your links. If you're thinking about starting one, http://www.blogspot.com is a popular host. Blogging is a great way to document your BFL journey. Re: deficit tracking experiement I decided I'm going to start a blog to track food and exercise. One of my problems is boredom. I get easily bored by the food available to me, and also with the same exercise routine. So I'm going to imitate and start taking pictures of my " perfect BFL " meals! Then I'll put them in my blog and when I can't think of anything to eat, I'll go look through them for inspiration.
Guest guest Report post Posted July 28, 2003 I have been trying to figure out how to use a blog all week. I never figured it out so I decided to just use one of the free online diary forums. > You should post the address of your blog once you get it going. I've become hopelessly addicted to those things.
