Question about lenalidomide + rituxumab

Dear Dr. Furmer and all,

Are these agents widely available? Any trials in California? I am stage 3, slow

progression CLL. DX in 2000 and my Onc thinks it's time for treatment. I'm going

to see Coutre for a second opinion at Stanford next week and would like to be

able to explore this possibility.

'I am concerned about the damaged caused by chemotherapy, but this is why we are

using lenalidomide plus rituximab in untreated patients and CAL-101, etc. These

non-chemotherapy agents offer a means of controlling the CLL without

chemotherapy and associated toxicities.'
