I recently developed night sweats and no have a severe rash. in the groin area. How do I treat this?

Re: Time for treatment?

You technically are a stage III, and treatment is indicated, but it does not sound as if it is absolutely necessary. The first line treatment is not going to change in the next six months and delaying therapy by six months will not afford you any advantage.>> > > > > My full> blood counts have been reducing gradually (not significantly) over the last 6 months period.> > I have had no infections or fever, no night sweats, no visible swollen lymph nodes, no> weight loss.> >  > > However more recently  I have had a number> of secondary symptoms which come and go:> > cramps, dry mouth in the morning, afternoon flushes, sore red gums, need a> 30min sleep in the afternoon, some shortage of breath, fatigue; > > so the London hospital hematologist has proposed> starting FCR combination 1st line therapy.> >  > > Its may> be a little early to start treatment but> >  > > What is> the chance of the standard 1st line treatment changing in 6 months> or a year.> > What reason is there for waiting a few more months before starting treatment?> > > Oliver 53 yr  > > Absolute> figures:  Hm 10.1   Wbc 252  > Lymphocytes 229  Platelets 151> > Cytogenics> 13Q 14.3> > CT scan> nodes above and below diaphragm> > Liver and kidney test â€" normal> > Immunoglobulins> slightly low> > Diagnosed> Jul 08> >  >
