  I couldnt agree more. I am not visible on the site but read it daily. The

number of irrelevant postings has led me to read your postings and Dr. Furman's

only. My computer is jammed with messages unopened from this web site

..

  If anyone is trying to lead a health lifestyle, which includes exercise or

walking, time for friendships, time to purchase and eat healthy foods, keep up

with their mail and other e-mail, and other normal life activities, they simply

cannot spend valuable time going thru messages on this site that have nothing to

do with offering the group assistance.

 Topics that have benefited me are: treatment choices, medical education in all

areas concerning Cll, locations of medical centers dealing with Cll,  physicians

on the cutting edge of clinical trials and the sharing of their knowledge with

patients, information relating to the advancement of research, names of drugs

used in the past, present and future, their pros and cons, including their side

effects, questions as to what is to be expected with various chemo regimines

such as side effects, dosages, and  other such items that refer only to Cll.

 It may take some soul searching, however before someone makes a post, serious

discernment must be made as to whether the post meets the criteria of the rules

for this site.  Correspondence meant for an individual in particular should not

be open to the group, rather contact the person via their email address.

 ,  I suggest you read new topics.After 2 responses, you can decide on

whether or not that topic will be closed to future comments. .There are rules

established for all .  You can remind everyone of the rules every

week by publishing  the rules on this site. Pherhaps you should define the

criteria.

 I for one have been considering resigning from theis site because of too many

messages that are irrelevant to its goals.
