I just want to share my experiences because it might help someone else. I was DX in May 03.y Lynphs were 90K then. By Jan, 05 I was 318,000. That led to treatment. It was RF at that time and after the second treatment, my counts were normal. I finished the treatment in July, 05 with all counts normal. But in December of 05, my Lymphs had increased to 12K. A very short partial remission. Doctor Byrd recruited my Oncologist so my new one provided by Hospital told me that the second treatment had to come much earlier. As by the time I saw him, my counts had risen to 30,000. He said that although my counts had allowed me to get to 318K before the first treatment that 30,000 would be an indication for the next treatment. Thank God, I had access to , Dr. Furman and all the others here. I refused teatment and moved on from that idiot.. At that time Dr. Hamblin was also posting and answered some of my questions. Some of these Doctors are dangerous. I am sure it is not bad intentions, they are just ignorant. As it stands now, I am not close to treatment.
