International Mosaic Down Syndrome Association provides an informative conference for Families and Professionals alike. This conference will provide a wealth of information for anyone with ANY form of Down syndrome. IMDSA provides a wide array of topics and discussion for families of all ages as well as a side by side conference for youth and adults who are interested in a fun-filled, informative weekend!

What is the "difference" in IMDSA's Conference?IMDSA invites researchers to conduct mosaic Down syndrome research throughout the weekend. This gives researchers the unique opportunity to meet with individuals with MDS all in one place and conduct most of their research on site during the weekend!ANDIMDSA provides a unique opportunity for Genetic and Therapy Students to learn "hands-on" about Down syndrome by supervising ourattendee's children during our conference weekend. Children with MDS, Ds, and their siblings will have loads of fun with our students through planned activities throughout the conference weekend!

What is the "same" in IMDSA's Conference?Our presenters speak on topics of interest for ALL forms of Down syndrome. Individuals with mosaic Down syndrome & mosaic Translocation Down syndrome can have the same issues as one with Trisomy 21 or Translocation Down syndrome. Anyone with any form of Down syndrome WILL benefit by attending this conference!

Friday, June 29, 2007-(Day) Families meet one on one with researchers to discover more about MDS

Friday, June 29, 2007-(Evening) All Attendees are invited to join our Family Reunion! This gives you an opportunity to meet with old friends and make new ones! Meet with our speakers and IMDSA's Board of Directors. This relaxing evening will be surrounded by IMDSA's Silent Auction where you will have the opportunity to make bids throughout the evening on some exciting and wonderful items

Saturday, June 30, 2007-(Day) Experts throughout the world will talk about all aspects of all forms of Down syndrome. There will be two break-out sessions to meet the needs of all of our attendees. In addition, a self-advocate program will be ongoing throughout the day. Teens and young adults (and their siblings) will have the opportunity to learn new things and meet some great friends along the way!

Saturday, June 30, 2007-(Evening) All Attendees are invited to join our IMDSA Banquet celebration! This is a wonderful time for you to share your evening meal with all the attendees, hear some great speakers and self-advocates, and enjoy our ever-popular Family Slide-Show Presentation. A dance for all will follow the evening banquet. So, Bring your Dancing Shoes!

Sunday, July 1, 2007-(Half-Day) More experts throughout the world will talk about all aspects of all forms of Down syndrome. There will be two breakout sessions to meet the needs of all of our attendees. In addition, a self-advocate program will be ongoing throughout the day. Teens and young adults (and their siblings) will have the opportunity to learn new things and meet some great friends along the way! We will end our conference in the early afternoon.
