Guest guest
I am the only person I know who would prefer to give money to actual persons in need than to " research " (although of course I support that, too). I've leaned toward contributing most to Cancer Care and now will be happier than before to give an equal amount to LLS. For research organizations besides LLS and the Lymphoma Research Foundation, go to //cll.ucsd.edu/ http://www.cllglobal.org/ http://www.cllcure.org/ http://www.cllfoundation.org/ and you can probably google others. These monies are not spent on research, but do a tremendous amount of good for patients.
