I use Kirkmans' Everyday w/o A as my 'base' and have been slowly adding things to that. It's very hard to tell you exactly what to use as every kid is different. Look around at Kirkman's and start comparing ings to what you know your child needs and then start adding slowly so you know if you have a reaction. Kirkmans' typically sells trial sizes which is a money saver for sure!! We also saw a weight gain of 3 pounds (in a 25 pound kid) and a drastic reduction in bloating. Was it all the diet? Hard to say. But, we did see improvement...albiet with a small regression.
