But it states not to use in young children, or people who don't understand what you are doing, or something like that.... so I didn't but it. I wanted to just get a trial packet, but they don't I couldn't find one at the time.It's expensive.

Another thing that really helps ( when she will leave them on) are breathe right strips. They used to make ped sizes, but I haven't been able to find those anymore and the small ones just don't stay on as well, OK... but seem to come off more often in the night. I apply after she is asleep.
