Very interesting article. As I read about the "school" for autistic children it sure sounded a lot like an "institution". Yet, the dad said the boy would not have to go to an institution because of this school. Seems like in a severe case like that Medicaid should kick in and help the school district. What that boy needed was more than any school district could provide.

Amazing that the parents won that lawsuit. I just want the ESE teacher as co-teacher in the gen ed class!!
