Guest guest
I saw this recipe on a radio site where they had a contest for Meatloaf, however, it was a womans name. Now having read some of Timbo's recipes in the past, I am suscipious that this is his!!! What ya think? Rejoice! Amie ------------------------------------------------------- Backwoods Meat Loaf - 1. Place a good handful of meat into a bowl. (If you have small hands, use two handfuls). 2. Add some BBQ sauce, worstershire, salt and pepper. Don't be afraid to shake that salt and pepper, they won't kill ya. 3. Hold a chicken over the bowl and squeeze out an egg. If the chicken has trouble, explain to it that this is meat of any kind loaf. 4. Toss in some bread crumbs. Don't make it too dry. 5. Add some " flaming butt in a can " , aka tobasco. 6. Mix this all up. If you have long fingernails, be prepared to clean underneath them later. 7. Take mixture, throw on a pan, and, yes, you guessed it, shape into a loaf. Afterall, it's meat LOAF. 8. Squirt some ketchup on top, throw into an oven and cook it until it is done. 9. Relax and have a beer.
