Guest guest
My son may have TS and I found this very interesting. I googled 1 in 200 in NJ have TS and found the link on the TSA of NJ website: http://www.tsanj.org/tsanj/in-action/news/news96.html Sheri, do you have any additional info on TS and vaccines? I have found an article on whale.to and other sites but am interested in any more info you may have. Guest guest
I don't know...but just to add to the mystery...many ADD/ADHD medications I've noticed have TS listed as a possible side effect. Just today I was leafing through a magazine and of course noticed ALL OF THE DRUG ads and actually sat down and read the side effect page (it was two pages actually, yikes!) and noticed this tourette's side effect thing listed on several....Mmmm.... Guest guest
Interesting catch. Vaccines have the ability to cause just about anything - it depends on the person what route that reaction takes Neurological and immunological reactions of any kind certainly can be related to vaccines. I feel the Spinal Galant reflex also helps because I have found a strong relationship between Tourette's and gut/intestinal issues. Lattitudes.org by Sheila is another resource for you to explore with her book: Natural Treatments for Tics and Tourette's. Best of luck!
