Guest guest
Hi . With all your efforts, did you have a return of your menstrual cycle? Do you know about progesterone? Have you tried it? Or colostrum? Birth control pills should be outlawed. They are so destructive. I am sorry for your experience. Sorry that you are paying for the immoral actions of our current medical system. Keep us posted on your progress Donna ----- Original Message ----- From: Vryhof Hello Group, My name is Vryhof.
Guest guest
Hello , " > My name is Vryhof. . > Seven years ago, I went off birth control pills and quit smoking at the same time and over five weeks, I gained 36 pounds, though my eating habits had not changed and I was working out daily. Over the next two years, my periods stopped altogether, I gained another 35 pounds, by now I was craving sugar and was depressed so I gave in to the cravings. After a battery of tests, I was told that I had gone through early onset menopause. I was just 30 years old. The depression settled in and so did the weight. My digestive system slowed down and now here I am, close to 80 pounds overweight, tired all the time and though I am not actively depressed anymore (I was having suicidal fantasies at one point) I am not at anything near my best either. It has been a battle to bring myself emotionally back from the bitter place where I was. (I also lost my only sister in a tragic accident which did not help the depression). " Unfortunaltely, the medical profession is good at diagnosing, and that is about it. The sugar craving sounds like candida overgrowth. The menopause is horrible, I am so sorry. (((laura))). I wonder if the birth control had something to do with the menopause? I am also 70 pounds overweight from reacting to a very bad situation in my life, so I can relate. I am very sorry about the loss of your sister. My heart goes out to you. " > In the past, I have tried 14 day fasts which have had the following effects: > 1. My metabolism decreased as my body went into starvation mode. > 2. My bowel did clease somewhat, though not remarkably, but when I went back to eating, slowed even more markedly than before, until I was moving them only every three days. > 3. At around the tenth day, I started blacking out. " When I didn't lose weight on a fast, I got very concerned and I did some research. I found I had a low thyroid and needed to take meds. Because I caught it so early, I only needed it for 6 months. " > > I bought Hulda s book and had my husband, who is an electronics tech (yay) build a zapper which I used for several weeks in addition to the parasite cleanse recipe. I saw no parasites, though I may have passed some without realizing. Next, I moved on to the kidney cleanse using the formula in Dr. 's book. My skin turned a sickly shade of green (due to the parsley I think) even with drinking a gallon of water a day. After two days of the cleanse, I could not keep the tea or anything else down and gave up. " " > Following that, I did the fasting thing again with the result the same as mentioned above. I have also tried various bowel cleansing preparations (can give more detail if needed) which basically suceeded in getting my bowels moving for short periods of time. It seemed that after each bout of cleansing, they were worse. One time it took a full week before they started moving at all after the cleanse. There were never any " ropes " or other odd looking things, nor did I ever see anything that looked like particularly old bowel contents. I was usually able to do the cleanses for short periods of time, no more than two weeks, because of the " fire down below " and inability to sit on my bum after a while. I have not tried enemas and have a particular emotional aversion to them which stems from a childhood incident which I would prefer not to disclose. I have not done a liver flush because I read in Dr. 's book that the parasite cleanse should be done first and since I was never sure if any parasites had come out, have not dared to try it. She says you could be quite ill which I now know is not necessarily the truth having looked at all of your experiences. " That is correct. I believe you should just try it and see what happens. It is only a few days and you will know early the second day if there are going to be any stones coming out. " > Currently, I am using the parasite herbs and such as well as raw pumpkin seeds because I feel that there are parasites to be cleansed. I also contemplated using bentonite clay at the same time and posted on the curezone forum asking if it would be a good idea but got no response so have not tried both at the same time. My plan is to do this until I see some evidence of parasites and then move on to the Bentonite Clay. " ' Have you considered that there might not be any parasites? Something to think about. " > I eat some meat but not every day, lots of veggies, and almost no dairy (yogurt being the exception) and I drink around 90 to 100 ounces of water each day. " The water sounds good, and so does the diet. > I guess I did not do so well at keeping this short but that is my story in essence. I will let you know how it goes. You did fine. You know, I am not a doctor, but the more I read your testimony, the more I keep thinking Dr. Schulze. He has so many testimonies of people who were going into menopause early and got the situation corrected (periods return) also for healing pms, and many digestive disorders. I recommend as highly as I possibly can that you call him and get a catalog. He will tell you step by step how to heal your gut and hormones. His prices are very reasonable and he explains how the body works and how to heal it in plain English. He is quite wonderful. I believe it cannot hurt at this point for you to call and have them send you a catalog. His catalogs explain so much, you will be very impressed. Also, in the catalog, he will tell you exactly what is in his products and why each ingredient is important. He was deathly ill and used herbs to heal himself and seems to really care about people. I hope this helps and I wish you the best. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to. Guest guest
Hi , If you took a parasite cleanse it probably worked. The majority of parasites are microscopic. It is an eye opener to find something visible in your BM. You should now go ahead with your liver cleanse, it may make a difference in your following bowel cleanses. The liver should be unclogged so your system can eliminate more feely. I believe I remember you should do a kidney cleanse too before the liver cleanse. It will help reduce a stressful, toxic, kidney during the liver cleanse. If you are eliminating then you may not need to use enemas. Laxatives can work well along with psyllium or a type of fiber that is agreable with your body. And from past postings from other members it has taken quite some time for many of use to find a bowel cleanse that works. You have to stick with one for several months to see if any action is going to take place. Have you looked into taking enzyems? One of the reasons for bowels not moving is that your body is not digesting the food properly. With me it was tested to be protien, but I suspect more foods than that wasn't being digested. Guest guest
Very smart . Keep us posted on your progress. We are cheering for you! Donna ----- Original Message ----- Hi Donna, No, I didn't get my period back, I did try progesterone and it was not a good thing for me. I have not tried colostrum and really feel that if I should get it back, it should be from a return to natural balance rather than having to alter my hormones even by natural means. Who knows what will happen down the road. Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi Liz, Thanks for your insight. You may be right about the parasites, though I think that I keep getting reinfected. We had trouble with the restaurant across the street having a bad septic which contaminated our well water (along with three other of our neighbors who were " downstream " ). We don't drink it but we filter it to death and have been bathing in it (we are working with the local extension office to get it cleaned out and the levels are getting better all the time, the restaurant is closed down now at least. And of course, the owner refuses to pay for the cleanup. I am currently using some enzymes which I purchased from a local company who does most of their business on the internet. The name of the place is Beyond A Century and they really do have good products and prices. That being said, I don't think the particular type of enzyme I purchased there worked for me. I saw no changes at all from using them but not really knowing what to expect, I kept them up for a few months, like 5 maybe, and then stopped. It seemed like a waste of money. Will try another brand and see if things change. That has been the frustrating part of all this, try this, try that, go see this doctor go see that one and still no change. Makes me want to tear my hair out, except I am sure that being both bald and overweight would not be a great plan *smile*. I don't want to join the circus. Liver flush is next on my list but will not be until at least next weekend, I am a photographer and am shooting a wedding this weekend. Till then, I will keep my nose to the grindstone....hey.. wait... should that be butt to the grindstone???? Thanks, Re: Hello to the group Hi , If you took a parasite cleanse it probably worked. Guest guest
Harnony, I have lost weight and the GI problems on Weight wathcers. Just by doing this, I have lost almost 30 pounds, and do not spend hours in the bathrrom. If I go off the diet, and eat a lot of sweets, then I am back to the loo. harmonygeorge <harmonygeorge@...> wrote: This is Harmony, diagnosed in 2000. Gleevec trial 106 at OHSU from November 2000. Very good results, some side effects. I am getting back to the group after a long absence. Zavie 'made' me do it! Anyway, I'm looking forward to hearing how some old friends are doing. I am particularly interested in hearing how others have successfully lost those extra pounds and what you have done to manage the GI problems. --------------------------------- Discover Find restaurants, movies, travel & more fun for the weekend. When you eat more fruits and vegetables vs meat, you are eating more alkaline foods and this helps offset the acidity of the drug. When your body gets more acid, it raises havoc with your gut especially. C.
