About six months ago I just happened to turn on the tv and saw an animated show called " American Dad " I had never watched it but watched this episode because there was a small boy (again in cartoon) wearing what looked like a modified Milwaukee brace. The boy was made fun of throughout the show by his family and school mates; it was just terrible. I have always enjoyed " That 70's Show " because it makes me laugh and lord knows I need some humor in my life right now. However, there was an episode where a boy came to town who had lived there before. The dicussion centered on how he would look since he had scoliosis and wore a brace. One of the characters wouldn't let his daughter date him and referred to him as " pretzel boy " .
