Jeanine,

Thanks for sharing your beautiful family photo. It's so nice to meet you!

Are you still getting good results from the Humira?

I went to a neurologist today for him to review the mri of my neck. I also

have Lordosis and spondylitic changes. The Mri was done because of chronic

headaches after being rear ended. The neurologist told me that spondylitic

changes and bone spurs are normal for someone my age (48). My discs from

C-3 to C-5 show these spondylitic changes. The neurologist told me that

when RA affects the cervical spine, it affects C-1 and C-2. Mine look fine

thank goodness.

Several years ago I had a nasty bout with neck pain. I tried everything to

relieve it. I lived on muscle relaxers. What finally helped me was water

therapy. That is when we went out and got a hot tub. It does wonders on

muscle spasms. I've had minimal neck problems since getting the hot tub,

well at least until I was rear ended.

Let me know what your neurologist says.

Thanks for sharing that great family photo, Jeanine!

Don't worry at all about catching up. There is so much mail!

Sorry that you are still keeping your doctors very busy, but good luck

with the neurologist. Please let us know how it goes.

I am sorry about my mistake in the year I was diagnosed. I was

diagnosed on January 8, 2003 (not 2008)

Undetectable means the same thing as pointed out!

Dr. Druker (correct spelling) is a wonderful doctor. He would

have to be excellent since I travel NINE hours to see hime!!! I do

not think I mention anything in my post to indicate otherwise so I am

not sure what and the young man were referring too! Guess I

will have to wait and see by your responses.

It is healthy to have disagreements, I believe. I do not feel that

people have to warn each other to press the delete key before

sending. Sometimes, we need to vent and it is healthy as long as it

is constructive and not distructive.

Have a wonderful week/weekend ahead.

I WISH that this had it's own spellchecker besides putting this into

Word!!!

Sincerely,

R

Miami, Florida
