Hi,

I wanted to let you know we had the same experience with the Abdominal Reflex. At

night, my son would be awake for hours in the ATNR position. His eyes were wide

awake, yet he was tired. At that time, he was on clonazepam and melatonin. We

even gave ativan and it didn't make him sleep (he is only 3 years old and 26

lbs). We went through weeks of no sleep. Then I remembered the Abdominal reflex

and just like you said, it took about 10-15 mins but he was finally asleep. We

used it for all naps and bedtime for a few days and then he didn't need to be

positioned anymore.

It has been months and occasionally I find if he won't sleep, I put him in

abdominal reflex and he falls asleep.

itself. Otherwise it was a very difficult for me to make him sleep on time and

I used to give him melatonin 1-2 times per week just so that he can get enough

restful sleep.

kind of massage is done at the bed time it should bring sleep so yesterday I

massaged my kid for good 20 min and did neuro structural but he was wide awake

even when he was very tired. So I did abdominal reflex and bam… next 10 min he

was knocked out and got up fresh in the morning.
