Guest guest
He feels my life as a young mom is therapy enough for now and that the pain in my *cheek* is normal and should go away. If I need therapy he may recomend it for me at the 6 month point. He says the fact that I can shave my legs and clip my toes and do things pretty normally is attributed to my age and that I am doing so well therapy probably wont be needed. I am glad because the last thing I need is more appointments to get in the way of life. I am still on pain meds and am taking them differently so that I can drive and not feel loopy. I am cutting them in half and taking small amounts ion more frequent doses per DR recomandation. I plan on not doing much for the holidays because that makes it easy and relaxing. I saw my X-rays and it looks like I am help together with tinker toys. Most of my rods are still there from my original fusion. My neck has a GIANT curve in it but it is't causing me much issues so we will watch it. I hope every one has a great Thanksgiving. Guest guest
Jolynn, It's great to hear that you're feeling so well! I hope you have an easy and stress-free holiday season. Do you have before & after x- rays you could post? I also have luque rods and would really be interested in seeing what you looked like both before and after your surgery. > > He feels my life as a young mom is therapy enough for now and that > the pain in my *cheek* is normal and should go away. Guest guest
Hi , I don't have the before the surgeon still has those but they do exist. I do have the after and will post them when my husband can scan and down load them at work. It may be after the holidays.
