Could it be from being so exhausted from yesterday??? Nerves seem to have taken over my appetite... Which is ok. I have lost 43 pounds now, another 25-30 and I will be where I'd like to be...Keep me posted on how you are doing??? Rest as best as you can !!!

I have very little of an appetite. That is very unusual for me, I usually eat like a horse. I AM EATING, just very tiny amounts maybe 2x a day. I feel hungry, want to eat mass quanties, but once it's in front of me, I don't want it. I am not sick to my stomach or anything like that. I just don't want it. I AM NOT pregnant so that's not an issue. Maybe in a way this is a good thing because I could stand to lose a few pounds. And at least I am eating a little and not at all :)

If you have dry mouth, etc., then ginger might be too drying for you -- but

Wendi is right

-- it does help with appetite, as does peppermint.

Some claim that a b12 or B1 deficiency can cause a loss of appetite. In fact a

B1 (thiamine)

deficiency has been connected by some with anorexia...

I take sublingual b12/folic acid, and I think it helps, but not certain.

Hypochloridia (low stomach acid) may also be an issue. ???

Hi all

I noticed that DGL licorice taken at least 15 minutes before meal increases

my appetite.I also am able to eat more animal protein when i take it. I

normally have very low stomach acid.Using betaine hcl, pancreas and gall

bladder support. I need less of these when I take dgl licorice.

best wishes.

Ginger and Peppermint. If I sip ginger tea it either helps with appetite or

gets rid of nausea, gas, etc.. Works both ways is what I'm saying.

Our friend has a toddler who is not thriving, does not want to eat or drink

anything. He is prone to stomach upset and vomits frequently. I would like to

help them. I am thinking pereze, gallant, bonding and ATNR. He has seen chiro

for CATS (positive results) and has had MRI. No diagnosis. He was born at 28

weeks and is now 17 months. Any advice? He is currently in hospital. Thank

you all.
