Guest guest
This is my first time on this site. I had surgery 28 years ago to correct a 67 degree curve. I have had back pain off and on over the years. I feel that I've stayed pretty active, having 3 children. I have also had a cervical laminectomy which I was told is common after rods. This past year my lower back pain has gotten worse along with the upper pain. Can anyone tell me if they've had a similar case, where the problems have gotten worse as they've gotten " old " , haha. I also had an incident at work where I was looking way up in the air, and then couldn't lower my head easily. Since then my neck occasionally cracks. I've been on other sites since then that have warned against looking too far up or down. Wish I'd seen those before!!! I've had trouble staying at jobs, because I can't stand too long or sit too long. I'd appreciate any comments. thanks!
