I'm sorry that your family is not supportive of your situation. It would be a good idea to see a revision specialist and not just an ordinary ortho doc. In what area of the country do you live? There are quite a few people in the group that live on the East coast and there are some good docs in that area. Just keep posting and we will try to help you.
